What you can expect from Whilely, and what Whilely expects from you.

Who we are

Whilely Pro

  • Whilely Pro is $1 for a 7-day trial, then $5 a month, billed monthly until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
  • The $1 is charged when the trial starts. If you don't cancel before the 7 days are up, the monthly plan starts and $5 is charged then, and every month after.
  • Cancel any time — in the app (Settings → Manage billing) or from the link in any receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're not charged again. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
  • Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record: your purchase is made from Dodo Payments, who also handle billing questions, tax and invoices. We never see your card.
  • If we ever change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel first.

Your account

  • Whilely is for people 18 and over.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Follow the house rules. We may suspend or remove accounts that break them — including for reports about calls — and when we do, we won't refund the current period unless the refund policy says so.

The app

  • Whilely notices coding agents running on your computer and whether they're thinking. It does this on your computer only; see the privacy policy for exactly what it reads.
  • Calls are live between two people and never recorded by Whilely. The person you meet isn't us: we can't promise how a stranger behaves, only that you can leave, block and report in one click.
  • We work to keep Whilely running, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app or by email before it takes effect.
